hese pieces represent the dance of the desert wind with the linear arms of the ocotillo.  The harmony and fierce connection that plays out is one of beauty and a knowing history between the two forces.   Cement makes up the body of these sculptures and the base is finished with a felt lining.  The surface has been sealed with white saddle wax to give depth and dimension as well as give this work a fun Texas twist.  These Wind Dancers can stand solo, in pairing or a even a trio… indoors or out.
